Upon submission of your prize redemption request, we conduct ID and bank verification on your account, ensuring thorough processing through our same-day prize redemption internal review.
After the internal review, we forward your prize redemption to your bank for transfer into your account. Prize redemptions are submitted to banks once daily, Monday through Friday.
Following this, banks typically take an average of 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, to transfer the prize into your bank account. In rare cases, some banks may require up to 10 business days.
Please note that transfers cannot be processed over the weekend.
