If your account is already verified, proceed with the steps below to redeem your prizes:
1. Click on the REDEEM Button.
2. You will now be able to see your SC available/redeemable Balance, select how you would like to redeem prizes - (Gift Card / Bank Transaction)
3. Select the amount you want to redeem before confirming - keep in mind that the minimum amount to redeem is SC 50 and maximum value of SC 50,000.
IMPORTANT: We can suspend your account / forfeit redemption request once our system detects any of the following:
- Creation of multiple accounts
- Using someone else’s information to play
- Any activity that violates our Terms and Conditions
