To start your account verification process, you will need to be signed in to your account. Below are the quick and easy steps:
- Click on your 'Profile Icon' at the top left of your screen.
- Click on the 'Options Tab' at the top right corner of your screen.
- Once you have clicked these buttons, you will then see the 'Start Verification" Button.
Once you click the 'Start Verification' button, the next steps will be shown.
You will select the Photo ID that you wish to submit - you can check the list of accepted documents on the "Which documents are acceptable?" which are:
- Driver License
- Passport
- Government-issued ID
- Permanent Resident ID
- Tribal ID
Tips for Submitting Documents for Verification:
- Ensure the document is fully visible, displaying all four corners, and includes your full name, current residential address, and the date of issue.
- Documents must remain unaltered and untouched.
- Avoid writing on, drawing on, or making any modifications to your documents.
Photography Tips:
- Ensure all photos are sharp and in focus.
- Avoid using the flash setting on your camera, as it can create overly bright and unreadable areas.
- Preview your photos before submission to ensure all information is clearly legible.
- Disable any filters on your camera to maintain accuracy.
After clicking "CONTINUE," you'll be directed to a page where you can upload your Photo ID using (KYC TOOL NAME), the leading verification software in the industry, enabling us to confirm your identity in real-time.
After you've submitted both the front and back of your Photo ID, you'll be prompted to take your photo.
Once done on the ID and Face Photo, if the ID submitted does not have an address, it will redirect you to confirm your address.
Please check the list of accepted proof of residential address:
- Payslip
- Utility Bill
- Lease Agreement
- Government-issued document
- Insurance document
- Financial Statement
- Bank Statement
Bank Statement Requirements:
- Must be from a non-business account.
- Must feature your name as the account holder and display the bank's name or logo.
- Should be dated within the last six months.
- Must show all four corners of the document.
Once you have successfully submitted your Photo ID and Proof of Address, the system will direct to input your Bank Account details.
You can choose to manually enter your bank account information and upload your bank statement to match the details you've provided.
Once you've completed these steps, our team will review your information and notify you via email regarding the status of your account verification.
If any issues arise with your submissions, our team will contact your registered email address with details and instructions for resolution. If our NetVerify system detects any errors in your submission, it will provide reasons and steps to rectify them.
Once your account verification is successfully completed, you'll be eligible for redemption.
Additionally, we'll notify you via your registered email address to confirm your successful verification.
